Karena di Indonesia masyarakat memiliki nilai-nilai budaya yang tidak bisa dikesampingkan begitu saja. Moralitas dan social sangat dibutuhkan agar etika bisnis tidak menjadi ajang untuk memperkaya diri segelintir orang saja, namun juga untuk kepentingan masyarakat umum dan Negara.

2.       Mengapa prinsip no harm menjadi dasar jiwa dari semua aturan bisnis. Jelaskan menurut pendapat saudara!

Jawaban:

Karena pada dasarnya itu kita berbisnis untuk mencari keuntungan sebesar-besarnya, namun walaupun demikian jangan sampai bisnis yang kita jalankan justru berdampak buruk dan merugikan orang lain terlebih lagi lingkungan alam, yang sangat kita butuhkan.

·         Caranya adalah pada saat berbisnis kita sebelumnya harus benar-benar mengetahui secara jelas dan rinci apa dampak yang akan ditimbulkan dari bisnis itu sendiri terhadap orang lain dan terhadap diri kita sendiri tentunya.

·         Dalam persiapan menjalankan bisnis kita harus mempersiapkan segala sesuatunya agar kita bisa memberikan kualitas dan hasil bisnis yang baik

Dalam suatu perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan pemimpin yang tegas, tertib, namun juga dapat mengayomi bawahannya, bukan sekedar memperkerjakan bawahannya demi mencapai keuntungan setinggi-tingginya saja, namun juga harus memenuhi kesejahteraan serta melindungi bawahannya tersebut.

Karena mau di Negara mana pun bisnis itu berdiri dan berjalan, akan tetap berlaku etika bisnis yang mengaturnya, agar tidak terjadi kekacauan serta pihak-pihak yang dirugikan atas berlangsungnya suatu bisnis.

Ada kaitannya. Moral itu adalah suatu adat serta nilai yang sudah tertanam dalam kehidupan tiap manusia. Moral itu berisi kaidah yang mengatur suatu perilaku agar tidak menyimpang. Oleh karena itu diperlukan hokum untuk member efek jera serta mengatur pelanggaran moral yang terjadi.
